How payments work

BotDaddy LIFE uses Stripe to process all payments — a widely-used, secure payment processor also used by major companies across the world. BotDaddy never sees or stores your card details directly; that's handled entirely by Stripe.

Starting a subscription

1. From your account, you'll choose the plan that fits you and click to subscribe.
2. You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page to enter your payment details.
3. Once payment completes, your account is upgraded automatically — usually within moments.

Invoices and receipts

Stripe automatically emails you a receipt after every successful payment, and keeps a full invoice history you can access at any time from your billing portal.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Each purchase covers one full month of access from the date of purchase. Cancelling stops future billing — you will not be charged for the next month — but does not generate a refund for the current period already paid. There are no refunds on any purchase.

Common questions

• "My payment succeeded but my account still shows as unpaid." This should resolve automatically within a few moments the next time you interact with the site. If it doesn't clear up shortly, reach out through the contact form below.
• "Can I change plans?" Yes — reach out and we'll help you move between plans.
• "I was charged but didn't mean to subscribe." That's a Stripe charge — check your Stripe receipt email for a link to manage or ask about the payment directly.
• "Where do I find my past invoices?" Every payment automatically generates a Stripe receipt sent to your email, and your billing portal keeps a running history.
