By accessing or using BotDaddy.Life, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What BotDaddy Is and Is Not
BotDaddy is:
- An informational and educational platform
- A system for scenario review, risk framing, and read-only decision support surfaces
- A product designed to improve clarity, not to replace user judgment
BotDaddy is not:
- A financial advisor, broker, dealer, or custodian
- A promise of profitability or financial performance
- A substitute for professional legal, tax, investment, or compliance advice
3. Your Responsibility
- You make your own decisions: BotDaddy may provide structure and context, but you remain responsible for any action you choose to take.
- You bear your own risk: Markets and financial decisions involve uncertainty and possible loss.
- You verify what matters: You should independently confirm information before acting on it.
- You remain in control: BotDaddy does not quietly assume responsibility for your financial choices.
4. No Custody or Hidden Control
BotDaddy is not intended to take custody of funds or create confusion about control.
- BotDaddy does not hold customer funds
- BotDaddy does not act as a bank or custodian
- BotDaddy does not become your fiduciary merely because you use the site
- BotDaddy does not guarantee execution, performance, or outcomes
5. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use BotDaddy
- You must comply with laws applicable to you and your jurisdiction
- You may not use BotDaddy for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
6. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account access and credentials.
- Keep your credentials secure
- Do not share access irresponsibly
- Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for fraud, manipulation, or unlawful conduct
- Attempt to breach, disable, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service
- Misrepresent your identity or account status

8. Risk Disclosure

- Liquidity risk: You may not be able to enter or exit at preferred prices

- Interpretation risk: You may misunderstand or misapply information shown on the platform
9. No Guarantees
BotDaddy is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of:
- Accuracy or completeness
- Availability without interruption
- Error-free operation
- Fitness for any specific financial purpose
- Any positive economic result
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotDaddy and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or losses arising from use of the service.
If liability is imposed despite the above, it will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid to BotDaddy in the previous 12 months or $100.
11. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Use the service unlawfully or abusively
- Compromise platform security, reliability, or trust
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms should be governed by the laws applicable to the operating entity behind BotDaddy, subject to any required legal updates you finalize for jurisdiction, venue, and dispute handling.
