Strategy C
The system's built-in defensive default — protects capital when nothing else clearly applies.
Strategy C defaults to caution. When conditions don't clearly favor Strategy A or Strategy B, the system falls back to Strategy C's defensive posture instead of forcing a trade — protecting downside matters more than maximizing activity here.
Doctrine
- Preservation-first — the safe default, not an active hunt for opportunity
- Lower participation, lower exposure than A or B
- No loss chasing, no escalation under stress
How this is actually built: unlike Strategy A and Strategy B, which are each their own
independently-configured module, Strategy C runs as built-in fallback logic inside BotDaddy's strategy
router itself. It's real and active in every trading cycle — it's just structured differently than A and
B rather than being a separate strategy engine with its own tunable settings. Whether to build it into
its own fully independent module is a decision still being worked out.
